Whether your an absolute beginner or have completed several batches, our beginning brewing classes will provide you with all the information you need to make the best beer at home. If you've been brewing with extract and are ready to make the switch to All-Grain brewing, we offer classes in the spring and fall. Also, watch for winemaking classes in the summer, as well as other smaller, more informal clinics on a variety of topics.
