GR HALLERTAU
Hallertau is said to have aromatic and flavory characteristics very similar to Hallertau Mittelfruh, but is higher yielding, more vigorous and much more disease resistant. Substitutes: Hallertauer Mittelfruh, U.S. Hallertauer Tradition, Mount Hood, Liberty, Hersbrucker, Pacific Hallertauer, or New Zealand Hallertau Aroma.
