Crisp brown is made from green malt and imparts a dark roasted flavor and bitterness to beer. It works great in older styles of English ales such as brown ales, mild stouts, and porters.
This unique product has a sweet berry-nut flavor. When used at a rate of
4-15% of the grain bill it will add a deep golden hue and light caramel flavors.
The malt also adds a creamy, satiny finish to your beer.
