STYRIAN GOLDING
Styrian Goldings are actually Fuggle hops grown in Slovenia, but has little in common with Fuggle when it comes to aroma and flavor. They are also called Savinja Goldings. They actually are remarkably similar to East Kent Goldings with their resiny, candy-like, sweet, slightly floral aroma. They are recommended for British Ales, anyplace you would use Goldings. Substitutes: East Kent Goldings or British Columbian Goldings.
