Trappist style beer from the Florenville region in Belgium. Phenolics, mild
fruitiness and complex spicy notes develop with increased fermentation
temperatures. Subdued but classic Brett character. Suitable beer styles include:
Belgian Specialty Ale, Belgian Pale Ale, Flanders Red and Oud Bruin.
