SIP, SOCIALIZE, and LEARN! The Great Fermentations Wine club is a monthly gathering of wine making enthusiasts that takes place the LAST Friday of each month. This is a great place to bring in some of your wine creations to have others try and get feedback on. We also try to have a “feature” for each month’s get-together, whether it be wines to sample or guest speakers!
This year as part of our summer fresh juice offerings, we are bringing in some NEW JUICES (for us): Concord, Chambourcin, Traminette, and Catawba! For this month’s Wine Club, we’ll be sampling some commercial wine equivalents made with these grapes, to help give you an idea of the type and quality of wine you can make with them! The club is free and no registration is required; just stop by!
