August 1st is National Mead Day. In that spirit, Brett Canaday from New Day Craft will be here to teach you how to make some killer mead. New Day makes some really interesting meads like, Snap Dragon, an apricot mead with orange peel, coriander, Hallertau hops & Belgian Wit yeast and their Breakfast Magpie. Magpie has notes of black raspberries mixed with chocolate and coffee.
