Making your own fermented vegetables at home is not only simple and inexpensive, it’s also delicious! Great Fermentations employee Steve Kent will show you everything you need to start making your own pickles, kraut, and kimchi from scratch. Samples will be provided that display the wide range of foods that can be fermented. At the end of the class, you’ll take home a small batch of sauerkraut, AND a starter culture for your first batch at home!
