Feeling funky? Let us ease your nerves on sour brewing! Our sour brewing 101 class will introduce you to the basics when working with wild yeast and bacteria. You will learn what precautions are needed for your equipment, and the different properties of wild yeast and bacteria. We will also touch on brewing techniques, how to brew classic sour styles, packaging sour beers, and common issues when brewing sour beers. We will also be serving four commercial examples to help familiarize everyone with the various flavor profiles of different bacterias.
