Carmenere is a rich, robust grape that produces a fruity and spicy wine, with notes of blackberry and black pepper, among other delicious berry flavors and spice character. Tannins found in the juice are smooth and inviting, leading to an incredible wine that can be made from the juice. Carmenere pairs well with red meats and spicy South American and Mexican dishes.
