Some bread baking experience is helpful but not required. In this class Frank Petrarca will teach you how to craft rich, irresistibly aromatic Cinnamon Raisin Bread. You’ll be making your own dough to take home, finish out and bake enough for 3 loaves. You can also bring home the ingredients to bake at your convenience. Frank will show you all the tips & tricks for making the dough, rolling it out and forming the loaves. Of course the smell while baking is heavenly and there will be sampling as always. Bring a large plastic bowl wit a lid to take your dough home in.

Frank is a longtime customer of ours and has been baking breads for over 32 years. He’s entered his bread into competitions, but really just prefers to share his passion of bread baking by teaching others. For the last 3 years he has been putting on bread-baking demonstrations at the Indiana State Fair, which have garnered fantastic responses from those who attend. It’s his goal to provide up close & personal lessons so folks can craft great bread, create memories and perhaps inspire others to bake too!
