shipping & returns

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $59 with qualifying products to orders within the contiguous United States. No promo code needed. Just add $59 or more of qualifying products to your card, and choose the free shipping method during the checkout process. If you are under the $59 threshold, then you will only pay our standard flat rate shipping of $8.99. You can identify if a product qualifies by the offer text displayed on the product page below the add to cart button. This is what the free shipping offer will look like:

Shipping Methods

We use a mix of all the major carriers (USPS, FedEx, and UPS) to get orders from our warehouse to your doorstep. For free and flat rate shipping orders, we reserve the right to use the cheapest possible shipping method available to us. Special requests for carriers can be made, but may incur additional fees.


P.O. Boxes

We can ship to a P.O. Box, but you may incur additional fees in the event the box size and/or weight pushes the cost of the shipment too high for us.


processing times

Orders typically ship out in 3-5 business days. If selecting an express shipping method, orders placed by noon EST will go out same day. Express orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will ship the following day. The expedited shipping methods are only available for Monday-Friday delivery. So, if you picked overnight delivery for an order placed on Friday, delivery will be on Monday the following week, and not on Saturday.


FREIGHT SHIPPING

Some of our items can only ship via freight truck (i.e. large Variable Capacity tanks, Enolmaster bottle fillers, and crusher destemmer units). Our system makes the best effort to estimate shipping costs for you, but we may need to call and discuss further charges. This would typically happen if your address entered is stated as commercial, but our freight shipping system qualifies it as residential.


International Shipping

For international orders, shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties on the items which may be incurred when the shipment reaches the destination country. The customer will be responsible for these costs, if there are any. By having an order shipped internationally, the customer bears responsibility for shipping costs or any issues that arise in shipping once the order leaves our warehouse. If the package is returned to us due to customs problems or other issues, we can only refund for the items ordered, and not the shipping costs.


RETURNS

We have one policy when it comes to returns: No Hassle. Whether you got the wrong product(s), something arrived broken, or the product is just not what you were expecting, we want to make sure you are happy. WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

In keeping with our no hassle return process, you can return any product within 30 days of delivery, for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges).

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless we messed up the order or an item arrived damaged or defective.


IN-STORE PICKUP

All orders can choose the In-Store pickup option for $0. Please allow up to 2 hours for your order to be ready for pickup.


GIFT CARDS

If purchasing physical gift cards only, we use the US postal service, and the shipping cost is free.
