Huell Melon is a newer hop variety from Germany, with Cascade parentage. This hop has been exploding in popularity recently, and is now becoming more widely available. We are proud to bring you this exciting new hop variety that has fruity characteristics and (as its name suggests) melon flavors and aromas. Also known in some circles as Hull Melon, the fruitiness in this hop is somewhat restrained compared to other hop varieties, making it an interesting hop that is often used in Hefeweizens, wheat beers and Belgian ales. The possibilities are limitless!
