Bordeaux bottles are the standard bottles for bottling all types of wine! These bottles contract sharply at the neck, allowing them to stay in a slanted wine rack better than other designs. This is a case of 12 blue 750 mL Bordeaux-style wine bottles that are cork finish (meaning they must be closed using a cork). They measure roughly 11.5 in. tall and have a bottom diameter of roughly 2.75 in. A handy and versatile bottle, these blue bottles have a beautiful coloration and can be used for wines and meads of all kinds! Corks not included and must be purchased separately. We generally recommend either #8 or #9 corks for these bottles.
