BKAG144A big spiced imperial pumpkin ale that downright embodies the fall season, Squash Gourdon is a great beer to share around the campfire, or around the Thanksgiving table! This beer utilizes a multitude of specialty grains to create the perfect malty amber base on which to layer pumpkin (not included) and a blend of vanilla, cinnamon and allspice. Ginger can also be added to give this beer an extra spicy edge. As this is a big beer, it can be drank straightaway, or saved for a little while and aged out. While most people brew pumpkin beers for the fall, an bottle of Squash Gourdon aged for a few months would be perfect at Christmastime!
