This Munich malt extract from Briess, is made from 50% Munich malt and 50% base malt. Made using a traditional multi-step mashing process to achieve higher levels of fermentability. Produces a very rich, malty and biscuity flavor, with amber color. Use alone for styles such as Oktoberfest, Marzen or Bock beers.
