Brimming with fruit character, the flavor and aroma of Idaho 7 has been described as having tropical fruit and citrus notes - think orange, apricot, red grapefruit, tangerine, marmalade and papaya. It also features subtle hints of pine and black tea. Quickly becoming popular in hoppy beers, Idaho 7 works well as a substitute for or in conjuction with Citra hops!
