Cashmere is a hop resulting from the breeding of female Cascade with male Northern Brewer. It a wonderful dual purpose hop with delicate yet exotic aromas of lemon and lime, melon, peach and tangerine. It has higher alpha acid and humulene levels than Cascade, and has excellent storage properties. Cashmere great for pale ales, IPAs, saisons, wild ales, and American ale styles of all kinds!
