Ranging from a pale straw to a pale amber in color, Chenin Blanc juice tends to be on the higher range of acidity, and are often described as having a mineral character. The flavor descriptors used with Chenin Blanc usually include tart pear, quince, melong, peach and lime, with notes of honey, jasmine and chamomile. Chenin Blanc can be fermented dry, made off-dry to sweet, oaked or unoaked, or even made sparkling!
