Chilean Riesling grapes tend to produce wines with higher alcohol and a fuller body than those from Europe. They have fruity aromatics that are described as flowery and almost perfume-like, and a bit spicy. They tend to have high acidity and high sugar content which actually make very well-balanced wines.
