A showcase for cryo hops, Devil May Cryo is a smooth and delicious black IPA! Using a combination of dark crystal, rye and midnight wheat for the malt side, this beer is smooth with just a hint of rye spice! Midnight wheat contributes color, as well as a pronounced yet subdued roasted flavor. This profile is balanced with a bittering addition of Simcoe hops, with Cascade and Simcoe Cryo hops as flavor and aroma hop additions! Topped off with a dry hop of Citra cryo hops and fermented with a west coast ale yeast, Devil May Cryo is a beer that makes great use of cryo hops!
