Easy Clean is an oxygen-based cleanser used to clean brewing equipment. It is used at a rate of 1 tablespoon per gallon of water. Equipment should be given at least a 2 minute contact time in this solution. Used at this rate and as a last step cleanser, it does not require rinsing. While It is not technically labelled for use as a sanitizer, many brewers and vintners report having great success with Easy Clean when using it according to the instructions.
