Fermaid O is a new proprietary organic yeast nutrient blend. Fermaid O is rich in nitrogen from organic sources. This makes it great for use in your fermented beverages to promote yeast health! Fermaid O gives your yeast the organic nitrogen, free amino acids, sterols, unsaturated fatty acids, key nutrients, and inactive yeast (yeast hulls) that help them produce better wine and beer, with less sulfur compounds and more complete fermentations. Use 1.5 grams of Fermaid O per gallon, mixing in water and adding this slurry to fermentation. It works great when added at the beginning of fermentation and then a few days into fermentation to give the yeast supplementary nutrition!
