This kit now features White Labs WLP077 Tropicale Yeast, a next-generation, non-GMO strain selected to unlock bound thiols during fermentation and amplify bold tropical aromatics. To push things even further, we’ve included Phantasm Thiol Powder, a natural grape-derived product rich in thiol precursors that works synergistically with WLP077 to boost passionfruit, grapefruit, and guava notes.
