Who's up for a rich, delicious American porter? We modeled Butte Head Porter on Deschutes Brewery's porter, which has been named time and again as one of the best porters in America! Well-balanced, this beer uses chocolate malt and crystal 80 to give it deep color and wonderful chocolate notes with hints of caramel sweetness. A little white wheat and carapils round out the body and give this beer great mouthfeel and head retention! A smattering of Galena, Cascade and Hallertau gives a great balance to the malt character, and makes this beer easy to drink time and again!
