Brunello wines come from Montalcino in the Tuscany region of Italy and are made from the Sangiovese grape. These wines tend to be deep and concentrated, full-bodied wines with prominent tannins and acidity. Capable of producing medium to high alcohol wines, this juice is rich and complex, with notes of chocolate, oak and rose, among other flavor and aromatic notes.
