GF711Make wonderful strong ales with this ale strain from Magrove Jack's! New World strong ale yeast is great for use in the production of a range of high ABV ales. It gives beers a nice balance of malt and hop characters while remaining relatively neutral. It works particularly well on high gravity worts due to its high alcohol tolerance and high attenuation, and is able to produce strong Scotch ales, Russian Imperial Stouts, and barleywines. However, it also does well in the fermentation of a range of ales, including dry Irish reds and stouts.
