This includes the Spike Brewing Conical Unitank or Flex+ fermenter. With this kit, you can carbonate beer in as little as 24 hours! It is designed to be installed on the racking port butterfly valve on the Conical Unitank or on a butterfly valve on another pressure-capable fermenting vessel. This way it can be installed when you need it and won't get clogged with trub floating around during fermentation. It also has a protective stainless steel case to protect the stone. It can also be used for oxygenation of wort before fermentation begins. Spike Brewing has thought of everything!
