We are proud to bring you malted oats from Sugar Creek! Oats can add body, head retention and a smoothness to a number of beer styles. Most often used in oatmeal stouts and pale ales, the sky is the limit for how you use these in your beer recipes! These have a low lovibond rating of 3 to 4 and will not add much color to your brew. However, they will add a fabulously silky body and nice head retention to any beer!
