Brett fans rejoice! Suburban Brett from Imperial Yeast is an excellent strain of Brettanomyces that can be used on a wide range of beers! It is a great secondary strain to use after primary fermentation with a standard saccharomyces strain, and really shines when used in a barrel and for aging. Flavors include sour cherry and dried stone fruit flavors, which enhance and add depth to beers. While it is a great secondary strain, it can also be used as a primary fermentation strain for your wildest all-Brett creations!
