Servomyces is a natural zinc enriched single-strain brewing yeast that is used as a biological yeast nutrient. It enables any yeast strain's ability to incorporate essential nutrients into its cellular structure while providing a high concentration of zinc that is essential for healthy alcoholic fermentation. This is a pack of six capsules of the Servomyces yeast nutrient that is used at the recommended dosage of 1 capsule per 1-7 gallons (4-26 liters). To use, add capsule(s) of Servomyces into wort 10 mintes before end of the boil. If boiling is not required, open capsule and pour contents into wort or fermentor.
