This large copper proofing parrot will let you track the ABV of your distillate without having to take samples along the way. This allows you to closely monitor the quality of the distillate and determine where to take cuts or stop your distillation. This large copper proofing parrot is designed for use with the Still Spirits T500 Reflux Still (Stainless or Copper), the T500 Alembic Pot Still, or other large stills.

Instructions for Use
- Set up your distillation system as per instructions for use.
- Start your distillation as per normal.
- After you have discarded your foreshots, set up your Parrot Head.
- Place your alcoholmeter/alcometer in the alcometer area of the Parrot Head (alcoholmeter not included)
- As you distill, the Parrot Head will allow for the continuous measurement of the distillate ABV/proof as it comes from your condenser, through the Parrot Head, and into your collection vessel.
