This 1 dram sized cran-raspberry flavoring has a million uses! It can be used in beer and winemaking at a rate of 1 to 2 drams per 5-6 gallons, depending on desired flavor. Super concentrated, this flavoring is water-soluble, easily incorporates in beer and wine and give a wonderful flavor! These are also ideal for hard seltzer and carbonated water. In fact. we have found great success with using these here in the store to make carbonated water to drink during the day (when we can't have beer and wine!)
