A bold new twist on the IPA, She's a Brut, Clark! is our play on this up-and-coming style! We start with a very light base that contributes lots of very fermentable sugars to get the dryness that we want, which includes locally-produced Sugar Creek Pilsner malt! Adding a few specialty grains such as rye and wheat, we then layer Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc and Mosaic hops in the beer to give a crisp hoppiness that is accentuated by the dryness of the beer. Additional dry hopping adds even more hop goodness to this beer, giving it a great flavor and aroma. Try out this dry Brut Ipa...She's a Brut, Clark!
