This beer is the Bee's Knees! We came out with this beer kit to honor Gen Con, which is the largest tabletop game convention in North America, held every year in our own city of Indianapolis. The Bee's Knees is the perfect session beer for all your sessions...gaming, grilling, you name it! The Bee's Knees is an English-style mild ale that utilizes a blend of rich malts, including honey malt to give it a touch of honey sweetness. Combine this with English East Kent Golding hops and a choice of yeast that hail originally from across the pond (by way of the U.S. east coast) and you've got a delightful, smooth and very sessionable mild ale!
