I’ve been with Great Fermentations since 2011 working in the Indianapolis retail store, but I also teach various cheese making classes. I actually started out making wine about 10 years ago, and when I got impatient waiting for it to age, I decided to make beer in the meantime. Every day that I’m here I get to experience so many unique and crazy concoctions from dandelion wine to ghost pepper beer. I have to say in the end though that I’m a big fan of the standards. One of the things I enjoy most is helping customers build kegerators.
Fun Fact: When I’m not immersed in the arts of fermentation, I regularly enjoy smoking a nice cigar with a good glass of bourbon, while cleaning my shotgun. And you think I’m joking ;)
