What is your return policy?

Our return policy can be summed up in two words: No Hassle. If you live in the area just stop by one of our stores and we can help you out. If you can’t make it into the store, just contact us and we’ll get you squared away. For more info on the policy, head on over to our Shipping & Returns page.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use FedEx to ship our products to you. Gift Cards are shipped via the post office. We also use the post office from time to time to ship very small items, or for the occasional order where FedEx does not make sense (i.e. international shipments).
