Typically found lurking by the hops or in the grain room. I’ll likely have a hat on an be sporting some sort ofย “Ironic” T-shirt. Oh, and chances are, I forgot my name tag again, so I may be mistaken for a customer.
I started brewing in 2014 when my girlfriend purchased a beer kit for me. The limitless combination of grains, hops and yeast intrigued me and this hobby has dug it’s claws in to me deep! I love to talk process and recipes.
