NOTE: ***Must be 21+*** Basic knowledge of brewing kombucha, or Intro to Kombucha class, recommended!
Learn to go beyond plain or simple flavored kombucha to create unique sour alcoholic beverages. Students will receive an information booklet with recipes, and Chef Joshua from Fermenti Artisan will educate them how the addition of wine, ale, and mead yeasts can take their kombucha to another level. They will also learn how to use hops in their kombucha, how to make the final product either sweeter or drier, and how to properly cure and age their kombucha. Throughout the class, students will taste the various styles presented.
