In this hands-on class, students will receive a kombucha SCOBY, half-gallon brewing vessel, and make their own kombucha in class to take home! Chef Joshua from Fermenti Artisan, will educate students on the process, science and health benefits of kombucha, and make kombucha with them in class. Students will also receive an information booklet with recipes.
