Not sure what to do with all that extra summer fruit each year?? Why not make wine! In this class you will learn the basic steps to make wine from various fruits at home. We will demonstrate how to make wine from both whole fruit and puree/juice. How to select and prepare the fruit will be discussed along with balancing and testing sugar and acidity levels. Fermentation, stabilization, sweetening and bottling will all be covered in this helpful and insightful class.
