It’s time to bring out your chili-cooking fire power again; the Great Chili Challenge is here! As part of our February Friday Night Club, we invite all of you chili chefs to prepare your best recipe. The winner at each location will receive a $50 Great Fermentations Gift Card! NEW VOTING RULES: Voting this year will be done by competition entrants and Great Fermentations employees. Regular attendees will no longer be able to vote, although they can try as much Chili as they want :) Each entrant and Great Fermentations employee will recieve one voting ticket. Entrants can vote for themselves or another person’s chili. As is always the case, Great Fermentations employees will be responsible for picking the winner in a tie break!
