Briess Malt & Ingredients Company has graciously donated the malt for a base wort to be made by Flat 12 Bierwerks of Indianapolis. Flat 12 will brew a portion of the wort into their own beer and will share the other portion of the wort with homebrewers to brew their own recipe in Flat 12’s parking lot. It’s kind of a brewers’ happening, complete with communal wort, chillers and a good dose of peace, love and camaraderie. There is no charge for the event, but homebrewers wishing to receive wort need to pre-register. All others are welcome to hang out and share the good vibes.
